We need someone who knows how to operate a big farm tractor and mow down green leafy things without driving it into a ditch. In return, we offer a weekly paycheck, weekends off, steady work, and you get to look at nature all day.

Here's the Deal on the Bonus:

• Show up for 30 days: $250
• Don't ghost us for 60 days: $250
• Stick around for 120 days: $250
• Plus! If you're worth your salt, you'll get a raise after 90 days

We need you to be able to:

• Actually operate a Tractor with a Batwing Mower, Side Boom, or Bush Hog. Seriously, experience is required - at least 2 years.
• Have a valid driver's license that doesn't trigger an immediate alert on a police scanner. (No major citations or DUIs)
• Read this ad, write your name, and speak to other humans in English.
• Show up every day and seize the day - This is a full time gig, 40 to 50 hours a week.
• Fill out a timesheet and an inspection checklist and not make us chase you for it.
• Perform the daily ritual of making sure the spinny things spin and the leaky things aren't leaking .
• Handle a grease gun with confidence and keep your tractor hydrated.
• Work outdoors in the heat, dust and dirt - it's Florida. It's always hot in Florida.
• Wear safety gear like a big plastic helmet (hard hat) and safety glasses so you don't get hurt and then we have to call your mom
• Accept that sometimes you're the master of a 6-ton machine, and other times you're a humble weed trimmer. It builds character and it pays the same.
• Own a smartphone with GPS - so you don't get lost.
• Provide proof that you're legally eligible for employment in this country. Because government.
• Pass a drug screen and background check, because our insurance guy makes us.
• Got a MSHA 5000-23 Certificate? Start work tomorrow!!

Earn More If You Have These Superpowers:

• Experience with a Mini Excavator (ditching), Tracked Skid Steer (chewing up trees), Airboat (not sinking)
• Weld things or fix stuff with more than duct tape?
• Got a Class A CDL?
