We are a licensed contractor we need skilled subs in all trades we are growing fast need working project manager for remolding, drywall, and other projects.
We keep our subs busy. We have several steady large projects and 100'S of small projects installing faucets, toilets, doors, home repairs, small drywall job, you name it we do it.
Our 3 crew chiefs run large projects. Our several skilled helpers do our hundreds of small jobs on their own but are available when skilled help is needed on our large projects. We keep our subs busy so they make more money and stay with our company.
We promote our best helpers to project managers. We pay our helper well and they learn new skills working on our large projects.
We pay bonuses to our best helpers and project managers.
