Job Title: Program / Project Manager
Location: Montreal (day 1 onboarding onsite / in-office presence required 3x/week)

Role Description:
As part of the ITAM transformation program across ***, the Office of Change Management (OCM) is aiding all workstreams as they move from development to process adoption across the whole of ***. OCM is responsible for establishing one voice for ITAM communications, Change Management, Training, and Adoption while creating a comprehensive outreach strategy.
The Program / Project Manager will be authoring communications, tracking status, creating PowerPoint presentations and assist in the creation and maintenance of JIVE sites.
Primary Responsibilities:
Develop an understanding of the business models and familiarity with Technology services, as well as familiarity with active technology risk initiatives and their impact to each
Working with and aiding in all functional disciplines to ensure end to end planning is comprehensive and results in a plan that will achieve stated goals
Provide mechanisms to capture & monitor remediation of any potential risks. In addition, enable appropriate escalation to key stakeholders and leadership of any item that may impact timely delivery or cause a change to the agreed scope of project
Ensure comprehensive documentation of requirements, assumptions, changes in scope etc. associated with project and establish an audit trail to demonstrate these activities have been addressed
Host governance forums, drive discussions and decisions, and assist in action item tracking, project plans, milestones, and meeting documentation
Works closely with the OCM team to manage all stages of communication and adoption
Creates comprehensive communication cascade plans
Creates PowerPoint material for workstreams and senior management
Identifies improvement opportunities, explores possibilities and executes where warranted
Manages distribution of material via Blast Email as well as managing complex distribution lists
Creating communication material for documentation. To include adoption emails, JIVE content and Sr. Management PowerPoint decks
Creation of templates for various working sessions
Ensures the project team understand the planned tasks, tracking actual progress and managing deviations through appropriate measures
Ensuring all material is *** compliant and formatting is within the *** guidelines
Ensures all material is properly reviewed and approved
Skills Required:
Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
Must be a team player and foster a team first environment and inclusive culture
Capable of project planning, organization, time management skills and ability to multi-task
Experience in the running of workshops with stakeholders and Senior Management
Experience in capturing and following through on changes and improved processes
Must have strong PowerPoint and Excel knowledge
Experience with JIVE development
Understanding of Agile development
Experience with authoring communications via Word and Outlook
Experience with Corporate Adoption and the communications needs for successful adoption
Experience with KPI capture and reporting
