Massie Manufacturing, Inc., a state-of-the-art welding and fabrication specialist, seeks General Laborers to join their manufacturing team in Baraga, Michigan. This position will assist the production team in a variety of functions to ensure quality products are made and delivered in a timely manner.

What We Offer.
$16 - $22 per hour based on skills and experience.
Weekly paycheck.

Full-time position working Monday-Thursday 6am-3:30pm and Friday 6am 10am.
What You Will Do.
Assist in all areas of production as needed and includes assembly, light-machining, light-welding, de-burring, grinding, and saw cutting.
Use power and hand tools.
Handle, transport, and process products and materials.
Organize and clean work areas as needed.
May assist with the delivery of in-process materials to local suppliers for secondary processing, as well as delivering finished products to local customers.
What We Are Looking For.
Self-motivation and excellent work ethic required.
Willingness to be trained and work in a manufacturing/production environment.
Ability to work with hand, air, and electric power tools.
Ability to perform physical labor and lift up to 50 pounds.
Strong attention to detail and ability to solve problems.
Ability to balance a sense of urgency while maintaining quality and efficiency.
Someone able to follow business policies and safe work practices.
May be required to have a valid Chauffeurs license, or ability to obtain a Chauffeurs license within 90-days if hired for this position. Company will pay costs for you to take the test and receive your license.
