Position Summary:
We are urgently hiring a Fabricator/Welder to join our fabrication team. The ideal candidate brings reliability, takes pride in quality work, and shares our commitment to safety, consistency, and continual improvement.
What You'll Do:
Weld structural and ornamental components
Read and interpret shop drawings and blueprints
Prep and fit materials with precision
Fabricate and assemble steel parts using saws, grinders, torches, and presses
Ensure all welds meet internal standards and customer expectations
Communicate clearly with team leads and work efficiently with your crew
Follow all safety protocols and wear proper PPE at all times
What Were Looking For:
Dual Shield welding certification required
Proven shop welding/fabrication experience
Solid understanding of welding techniques, blueprint reading, and layout
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Dependable, organized, and self-motivated
Must be able to lift 50 lbs and be on your feet throughout the shift
Schedule:
4x10s Monday through Thursday
6:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Overtime may be available
