Qualifications:
- Interprovincial Electrician Certification
- Previous electrical experience on heavy equipment
- Power Generation experience is an asset
- Generator experience would be an asset
- Heavy Duty Mechanical experience or certification would be an asset
- Team player capable of working with minimal supervision
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, organization, and communication skills and a commitment to safety
- Valid drivers license with a successful recent drivers abstract
Note:
- You must be willing to pursue your Apprenticeship Heavy Duty Mechanic
- This position is located at our Cranbrook Branch on a 5x2 shift
- This role may require field work
- A condition of employment is the ability to be fit tested and the ability to wear a respirator
- Any future shift changes that may occur will be made in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Collective Agreement
- Candidate selection will be in compliance with the terms of the current collective agreement
