We are currently seeking a Test Data Management Architect w/Delphix (Onsite Hybrid) to join our team in Westlake, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

Job Responsibilities Include:

Define and own the enterprise TDM architecture, including data provisioning, masking, subsetting, and synthetic data generation.
Develop scalable and secure TDM frameworks aligned with business, compliance, and testing requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, DevOps, Security, Compliance, DBAs) to align TDM strategies with organizational goals.

Evaluate, select, and implement TDM tools and technologies (e.g., Informatica TDM, Delphix, CA TDM, synthetic data platforms).
Establish data governance policies and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.

Design automation pipelines for test data provisioning in CI/CD environments.

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to TDM engineers and analysts.
Conduct performance tuning, capacity planning, and optimization of TDM solutions.

Create and maintain architectural documentation, standards, and best practices.

Standardize on a common set of Test Data across the Platform Representative of Production Masked and Anonymized using Standard & Consistent Algorithms Referential Integrity across Platforms (Cloud & Mainframe) Automated Refresh (2x per year) and Rollback (12x per year)

Leverage existing capabilities in FIT TDM (Delphix Copy/Mask) as model for solution

Collaborate with data owners, developers, QA teams, and compliance officers to identify sensitive data elements.

Develop and maintain masking rules and policies aligned with data privacy regulations Utilize data masking tools (e.g., Informatica, Delphix, IBM Optim, or similar) to automate and streamline masking processes.

Perform impact analysis and validation of masked data to ensure data integrity and usability for testing. Monitor and audit masked environments to ensure ongoing compliance and effectiveness.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data masking processes and tools. Document masking procedures, configurations, and best practices. Support test data provisioning and subsetting efforts as needed.
