Join us as a Senior Commercial Project Manager in our Rail Infrastructure business in New York City, NY, where you'll take full ownership of the commercial and financial success of a major new project. You'll collaborate across teams, influence strategy, and get results that matter.

What You'll Own and Drive:

  • Launch and lead project financials-set up WBS structures, budgets, and track performance against delivery achievements.
  • Be the go-to commercial voice for our customers-align on payments, claims, and commercial strategy.
  • Forecast, analyze, and optimize project cash flow using SAP and other tools.
  • Find opportunities to boost performance through proactive claims and variation management.
  • Translate trends into action-develop strategies that keep projects on track and ahead of the curve.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align financial goals and elevate project execution.
  • Define and report on critical metrics that drive operational excellence.
  • Deliver insights through monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
  • Thrive in an agile, entrepreneurial setting-own your outcomes and lead with confidence.
  • Keep senior leadership informed and aligned on project health and performance.

What You Bring:

  • A strong foundation in financial planning, accounting, and commercial project management.
  • A degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or Accounting (CPA, MBA, or MS is a plus).
  • Siemens Commercial Project Management Certification and experience in Contracts/Claims Management is preferred.
  • Experience with cost accounting and ERP systems (SAP preferred).
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
  • Critical thinking backed by data and metrics.
  • Clear, confident communication across all levels of the organization.
  • A collaborative approach and a bias for action.
  • The ability to prioritize, adapt, and deliver under pressure.

The base salary range for this position in New York NY, is $130,800 - $153,700 and the annual incentive target is 10% of the base salary. The actual compensation offered may be lower or higher depending on the budget and the candidate's experience, knowledge, skills, and qualifications.
