Where will you be working?

At M Group Telecom, we're enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech enabled future.

We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators.

This role will be within our Fixed networks team, you'll join our people who support providing turnkey solutions for the surveying, designing, building and commissioning new networks, while supporting the repair, maintenance and operation of existing networks.

What will you be doing?

You'll be a part of a two-person team, preparing and providing safe work sites for team partner completing manhole structural surveys on the Openreach Network, all over the UK.

You'll play a crucial role in assessing the condition, structural integrity, and functionality of manholes, providing accurate and comprehensive data to our stakeholders. Your work will contribute to the development of maintenance plans, infrastructure improvements, and regulatory compliance.

Note - The role is based in East Anglia and you will be working between the hours of 6.00pm and 4.00am Monday to Thursday. All accommodation and expenses are included. Staying away from home every week is expected

What you'll bring?

• You'll have the ability to understand and produce records, daily work logs, data recording and update geographical network maps.
• Safety is key! You'll adhere to all Health & Safety, Quality, and Environmental policies & Standards
• You'll have the ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
• You'll have an understanding of the BT network.
• You may be required to carry out additional tasks within your capability as necessitated by your changing role within the organisation and to meet the needs of the business.
• You'll hold full UK Driving Licence
