Job Title: Hydraulic Engineer
Job Description
This role involves working with fluidics, distribution, flow, and pressure for small-scale systems, contributing to product development and launching new product initiatives. The position requires measuring flow rates and designing piping, pressuring, materials, and fittings. The hydraulic engineer will conduct measurements to ensure accuracy and control temperature, manage pressure valves, plumbing, and adhere to regulations. The role also involves leading mechanical, electrical, and production teams.
Responsibilities
- Design piping systems and materials for fluid distribution.
- Measure and analyze flow rates to ensure system accuracy.
- Control temperature through accurate measurements.
- Manage pressure valves and plumbing, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Lead and collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and production teams.
- Assist in launching new product initiatives involving fluidics and flow dynamics.
- Conduct FEA and CFD analysis for hydraulic systems.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in piping design and pump systems.
- Strong understanding of pressure and fluid dynamics.
- Experience with AutoCAD and piping systems.
- Knowledge of pressure vessels and ASME B31.3 standards.
- Understanding of fluid piping and hydraulics.
- Experience in drainage and corrosion management.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred.
- 5+ years of industry experience.
- Experience with CREO or AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of electrical power systems and controls.
- Experience in corrosion prevention.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $48.00 - $63.00/hr.
