What You'll Be Doing Operate CNC machinery including: CNC Laser (primary) CNC Press Brake CNC Turret Press CNC Shear & Punch Press Cut, bend, punch, and shape metal to exact specifications Read and interpret blueprints and tape measurements Load/unload machines manually Work independently with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility What You Bring Experience operating CNC machinery (laser experience preferred) Ability to read a tape measure and blueprints Comfortable using computers and machine interfaces Able to lift 50+ lbs and work in a non-climate controlled environment Previous experience in metal fabrication is a plus Why You'll Love It Here While on contract (first 90 days): Weekly pay Benefits available Once hired permanently: Free Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 10 Paid Holidays Quarterly Profit Sharing Bonuses Safety Shoes Stipend Career Growth Opportunities in a rapidly expanding company Ready to Apply?
