Construction Lead Installer -- $20 - $28 per hour**
**The Construction Lead Installer is responsible for leading, coordinating, and managing the construction and installation of petroleum equipment. This role involves overseeing the successful completion of projects, ensuring safety, quality, adherence to schedule, and profitability.**
**Responsibilities**
+ Directly supervise all construction personnel assigned to crew.
+ Communicate specific requirements to ensure a successful, safe, timely, and profitable project.
+ Participate in plan reviews and ensure compliance with specifications, environmental regulations, fire, and building codes.
+ Assist in producing agendas and participate in safety, pre-construction, progress, schedule, and on-site coordination meetings.
+ Ensure accurate and timely daily record-keeping for each project, including testing records, inspections, schedule progression, material tracking, and photos.
+ Communicate with construction management for accurate time coding and payroll verification.
+ Coordinate with shop managers to ensure correct parts and equipment are staged for each project.
+ Perform weekly safety audits at project sites and submit findings to construction management.
+ Communicate with customers or onsite representatives to relay progress or address issues requiring coordination.
**Essential Skills**
+ Possess a valid drivers license.
+ Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the petroleum industry.
+ Have a high school diploma or GED.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Team player attitude and coachability.
+ High standards for appearance and professionalism.
+ Flexibility in work schedule, including after-hours and weekend work.
+ Willingness to travel to projects as needed.
+ Ability to work in all weather conditions.
+ Capability to safely operate industry-specific tools and equipment.
+ Willingness to obtain/maintain certification.
