Job Duties The AHS Craftsman effectively uses hand tools, power tools and diagnostic equipment. He/She is a professional with excellent customer service skills and desires to supervise other employee(s). He/She has demonstrated ability as a competent craftsman.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform all types of quality handyman repairs
• Carpentry
• Drywall repair
• Painting
• Tile work
• Basic plumbing and electrical
• Project Estimating
• Supervision of craftsmen
• Take pride in doing it right the first time

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Craftsman experience
• Valid drivers license, auto insurance, own a truck/van
• Have a solid, organized set of tools
• Must be a quick thinker, able to examine issues and resolve them in a prompt and professional manner
• Strong work ethic and professional demeanor. Clean cut appearance
• Excellent customer service skills and communication skills
• Collaborative, optimistic, reliable

Compensation: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
