+ Operate Cincinnati Brake Presses to shape and form metal components
+ Perform full machine setups when qualified
+ Load and unload materials with care and efficiency
+ Inspect parts to meet exacting quality standards
+ Collaborate across fabrication departments, including CNC Mills, shears, rollers, and punch presses
**Core Skills & Experience:**
+ Proven background in press brake operations and sheet metal manufacturing
+ Ability to read and interpret detailed blueprints
+ Skilled in using measuring tools such as calipers, tape measures, and hand tools
+ Familiarity with job shop environments and precision standards
