Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Solutions Designer/Architect to support the Enterprise Platform Services team in transitioning legacy applications and optimizing Salesforce usage.

Responsibilities include:

• Designing scalable Salesforce solutions and estimating resources, costs, and timelines
• Collaborating with business units and vendors on strategic and tactical planning
• Supporting and guiding development teams, resolving escalated issues
• Recommending tools, standards, and practices across enterprise development
• Mentoring junior staff and ensuring adherence to development standards
• Monitoring platform performance and conducting assessments to ensure system reliability
• Leading technical discussions and demos as needed

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in Salesforce architecture and solutions design
• Strong understanding of enterprise application development
• Excellent collaboration and mentoring skills
