Were looking for a dynamic Technical Project Manager Lead to lead the development and delivery of our innovative products and services. In this role, youll coordinate cross-functional teams to launch new products or enhance existing onesguiding each project from kickoff to completion. Youll be responsible for planning timelines, managing budgets, and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on managing projects with clear goals, defined timelines, and impactful outcomes.
The Technical Project Manager Lead will guide numerous small programs through design, release, and plant introduction through the R&D Red Arrow
Responsibilities- Programs could be driven by quality issues, cost reduction, supplier concerns and feature enhancements
- The PM would ensure the program is vetted through the steps of the Change Control Board and meets the deliverables of each step.
- Major events throughout the process are determining program cost and value, managing engineering releases, ensuring quality metrics are met, addressing any concerns and successfully implementing the program into production.
- The PM will monitor design costs and product costs throughout the Red Arrow process to ensure the program is on track
- Bachelors degree
- At least 5 years of technical project/program management experience
OR
- Masters degree
- At least 3 years of technical project/program management experience
OR
- At least 7 years of technical project/program management experience
- Qualified candidates, excluding current employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.
