Position: Commercial Drywall Estimator Location: Saint Louis, MO Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: $100K-$140K , based on experience Benefits: Full benefits package, opportunities for career advancement
Responsibilities:
- Lead Estimator for all Drywall-related work
- Train and mentor junior support estimator
- Collaborate with Ops Manager (who acts as PM) in the team structure
- Work under Preconstruction Director overseeing all business units
- Help maintain and exceed margin targets through accurate estimating
- Project Types: Commercial Builds, Universities & Institutional, Office Buildings ,Car Dealerships, Retail & Grocery (Tenant Improvements), Warehouses
- Project Size : Avg. $.75M, up to $5M
- Software: On-Screen Takeoff (OST) and QuickBid (QB)
Qualifications:
- Spent time at a drywall subcontractor
- Strong commercial estimating experience
- Interested in growing with a company that values tenure and hands-on trade backgrounds
- Ready to relocate or already local to St. Louis or Kansas City
