Fab Weld CNC Shop helper needed. General Laborer.

Were a small manufacturing shop looking for a dependable Shop Helper to join our team.
If you're good with hands-on work and want to learn welding, fabrication, and CNC machining, this opportunity could help you advance your knowledge.

Responsibilities:
Assist with shop operations, including cleaning, organizing tools, Running CNCs, and deburring / DA-ing parts
Support Welders, Fabricators, and Machinists while learning their trades
Follow safety procedures and keep the shop clean and orderly

Requirements:
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Comfortable using basic hand tools and power tools
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
Dependable transportation or at least a way in every weekday
Prior experience in a shop or trade environment is a plus, but not required
Must be punctual and able to take direction

Bonus Skills (not required but nice to have):
Welding, fabrication, or machining familiarity
Forklift certification or experience

Pay $15+ per hour, depending on experience, 30-40 hours per week.
