Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and drivenArchitectural Project Managerwith strong Revit proficiency and a passion for leading impactful projects. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will manage projects from concept through construction, while mentoring team members and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead architectural projects from design through construction administration.
  • Produce and oversee high-quality design documentation using Revit and other tools.
  • Manage client relationships and coordinate with consultants to ensure project success.
  • Integrate prototypical design standards and ensure compliance with current building codes.
  • Balance multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Qualifications
  • Licensed Architector actively pursuing licensure.
  • 515 yearsof professional experience in architecture and project management.
  • Proficiency inRevitandAutoCAD; experience with ArchiCAD or other 3D modeling tools is a plus.
  • Bachelors degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
  • Strong understanding of construction documentation and administration.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage client expectations.
Preferred Experience
  • Project experience incommercial,retail, orK-12sectors.
  • Skilled in coordinating with engineering and consulting partners.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $100000.00/yr.

Ragona offers healthcare, benefits, no 401k but they do offer bonuses and work from home friday's but they are full in-office

This is a fully onsite position in CHARLOTTE,NC.
