KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead the scheduling process for electrical data center projects in collaboration with design, construction, and trade partners.
Develop , manage, and maintain detailed construction and commissioning schedules for data center projects in collaboration with project teams.
Understand and interpret overall construction sequences to ensure schedules align with project objectives and milestones.
Review and analyze monthly schedule submissions, comparing against field observations and actual progress to validate accuracy.
Identify scheduling risks and opportunities for optimization, proposing and implementing recovery strategies when needed.
Establish and monitor key schedule performance indicators (KPIs) to provide insights into project health and forecasting.
Ensure compliance with scheduling standards, procedures, and reporting requirements.
Work onsite with project and design teams to ensure schedule alignment and adherence.
Consult with general contractors and suppliers to establish tasks, milestones, and deliverables using a standardized Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
Support initial project planning phases, including conceptual design, schematics, and design development.
Travel to project sites (up to 25%) to review progress, coordinate with field teams, and gather scheduling data.
QUALIFICATIONS:
3+ years of experience in construction scheduling, ideally within data centers or other mission-critical environments.
Bachelors degree in Construction Management , Engineering, or related field.
Strong understanding of construction methodologies, sequencing, and field operations.
Experience with schedul ing health assessments, risk analysis, and mitigation planning.
Proficiency in scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project . Excel ).
Exposure to 4D scheduling tools (e.g., Navisworks) or other advanced planning software.
PMP, PSP, or equivalent certification is a plus.
Electrical field experience is a plus but not required .
