Hiring: Part-Time Apartment Building Manager / Maintenance (35 Units)

Overview:
Hard-working individual or couple to manage 35 apartment units.
Live In Option with Free Rent

Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the apartment community, ensuring high standards of maintenance and resident satisfaction
Rent collection and timely communication with tenants
Advertising Rentals
Showing and leasing apartments
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs performed on-site.
Handling basic on-site maintenance
Communicating with external contractors as needed

Requirements:
English
Strong organizational and communication skills
Basic maintenance skills
Familiarity with electrical systems, HVAC operations, and general building maintenance practices.
Availability for tenant communication and unit showings
Previous property management experience preferred.

12 - 20 hours per week Max.

Free Rent + $1250 / Month Salary
