Part-Time Handyman Needed for Luxury Vacation Homes Copper Mountain

Seeking a reliable and skilled part-time handyman to help maintain our portfolio of high-end vacation rental homes in Copper Mountain, CO.

We manage luxury properties and expect a high standard of care. This is a great opportunity for someone local who enjoys flexible work, problem-solving, and takes pride in quality craftsmanship.

Job Duties:
Perform light maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, drywall, paint touch-ups, etc.)
Conduct property inspections and preventative maintenance
Respond to service calls quickly and professionally
Work with our property management team to ensure homes are guest-ready

Requirements:
Handyman or general contractor experience
Own tools and reliable transportation
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently
Availability for occasional weekends or same-day service requests

Pay: $30$40/hr
Hours: Flexible; estimated 1020 hrs/week with potential to grow
Start Date: ASAP
