**Job Description**

**Responsibilities**
+ Work under the direct supervision of a crew leader to learn essential skills.
+ Set up and oil forms.
+ Measure surfaces and panels.
+ Lay mesh and tie reinforcing bars and steel.
+ Set inserts and strike off.
+ Strip forms and clean up.
+ Consistently improve in performing tasks using these skills.
+ Take initiative to remain engaged in productive work throughout the day.
+ Communicate availability for additional tasks to the Crew Leader.
+ Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
+ Demonstrate loyalty and mutual respect within the company.
+ Function effectively as a team player and seek ways to enhance work processes.
+ Ensure plant safety according to company safety guidelines and directives from the Safety Coordinator.
**Essential Skills**
+ Proficiency with hand tools and concrete assembly.
+ General labor and heavy lifting capabilities.
+ Panel building and assembly experience.
+ Use of tape measure and construction skills.
+ Ability to load materials efficiently.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ 1+ year of concrete experience.
+ Ability to work on your feet for 50+ hours a week.
+ Consistent production of high-quality products.
+ Basic understanding of geometry.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Corsicana, Texas.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
