About the Role

Were seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Engineer to join our team and support the successful delivery of school and commercial construction projects across the Milwaukee area. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

As a Project Engineer, youll work closely with Project Managers to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to plan, coordinate, and execute construction projects.
  • Interpret and analyze blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
  • Assist with cost estimation and budgeting throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules.
  • Monitor job site safety and ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards.
  • Support subcontractor coordination and communication.
  • Utilize project management software (e.g., Procore) to track progress and documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Internship or 1+ year of experience in project engineering or commercial construction preferred.
  • Familiarity with construction documents, scheduling, and cost control.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Procore, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • A proactive, team-first attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $45.00/hr.
