Instrumentation and Electrical technician Salary: $80000 - $100000 / Annual Location: Jacksonville, FL The Instrumentation Electrical Maintenance Technician (MEMC) supports plant operations by coordinating maintenance activities to ensure the reliability of mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and DCS systems. This role focuses on planning, scheduling, and troubleshooting maintenance work, while aligning with production schedules and safety, quality, and cost objectives. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical and hands-on support for maintenance of instrumentation, electrical systems, and rotating/fixed equipment. Use Brightly CMMS to manage work order backlog and plan routine and outage maintenance. Schedule and prioritize maintenance activities, including shutdowns and emergency repairs. Support development and management of PM schedules and critical equipment/spare parts lists. Maintain accurate service records and update procedures for training and compliance. Lead maintenance team in absence of Maintenance Manager and assist with cost control and reporting. Qualifications: 10+ years of maintenance experience, ideally in a chemical plant environment. Strong background in electrical/instrumentation systems, EHS, and PSM. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
