Position Overview : We're hiring a HVAC Apprentice (Entry-Level / Installation Helper) to join our growing team! This is an excellent opportunity for recent trade school graduates or individuals who have completed HVAC training and are looking to start their career in the heating and cooling industry. Employee Benefits : 100% medical insurance coverage for employees Accrued PTO Company supplied uniforms HVAC training reimbursements 401(k) Pay : $18.75 - $22.00 per hour, depending on experience Hours of Work : Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 am - 4 : 00 pm Key Responsibilities : Assist HVAC Install teams with residential heating and cooling system installations and replacements Handle tools, materials, and equipment on job sites to support HVAC installation work Maintain clean, organized workspaces and job sites Learn HVAC troubleshooting, repair, and installation techniques through daily hands-on experience Follow safety protocols, company procedures, and technician guidance Deliver excellent customer service while working in client homes Required Qualifications : Completion of an HVAC trade program, technical school, or HVAC training program Valid driver's license with insurable driving record Strong work ethic, eagerness to learn, and attention to detail Good communication and teamwork skills Physically able to lift equipment, work in various conditions, and perform hands-on labor Preferred Qualifications : 1 year or more of hands-on HVAC field experience This is a great entry-level HVAC position for motivated individuals who want to learn the trade, gain experience, and grow into a long-term HVAC career. today and start building your future with Dormann's Heating & Cooling!
