Mid-Senior Level Architect/Designer

Location: Boston, MA

Job Type: Full-Time, Hybrid (minimum four days in-office per week)

We are seeking a mid-level architect or designer (4-12 years of experience) to join our Boston studio as a project designer/project architect. This is an opportunity to join a dynamic and inclusive environment where curiosity, collaboration, and leadership are nurtured at every level. They drive the design process, contribute technical and conceptual insight, mentor junior staff, and help foster a culture of continuous learning.

What You'll Do

Lead project strategy and design from concept through delivery

Manage and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, schedules, budgets, and sub-consultants

Present and communicate with clarity to clients, stakeholders, and communities.

Collaborate across practice groups and disciplines to support high-quality work

Lead, delegate, and critique work effectively

Mentor junior practitioners and help guide their work

What You Bring

Professional degree in Architecture from an accredited program

Minimum 4 years of professional experience; licensure preferred

High proficiency in Revit; experience with Rhino and Adobe Creative Suite

Strong communication skillsverbal, written, graphic.

Demonstrated curiosity across practice areas and a desire to grow

A strong design voice and willingness to share it
