Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in land surveying with a minimum of 5 years of experience. Candidates must be capable of working independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and accuracy in their work.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Land Surveyor.
SIT is required, PLS preferred; must have (or ability to acquire) PA and/or OH licensure.
Proficiency in Topcon-GPS and total stations is essential.
Experience in performing ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys, Construction Stakeout, As-built Surveys, Utility line Route Surveys, Topographic Surveys, Property and Boundary Surveys is required.
Working knowledge of Carlson or AutoCAD Civil 3D programs is required.
The candidate must be a motivated team player willing to work overtime hours and travel locally when required.
