Commercial Roofing Sales Professional

We're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented and organized Commercial Roofing Sales Professional. Ideally having sales in the $2-4M+ on Commercial/Industrial Roofing projects annually. Job Title: Commercial Roofing Sales Professional Job Description: The Commercial Roofing Sales Professional is responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through the sale of commercial roofing services and solutions. This role includes prospecting and developing leads, preparing and presenting proposals, conducting roof inspections, and collaborating with estimators and project managers to ensure successful project delivery. Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills are essential to meet sales targets and build long-term client partnerships. 5+ years of experience in Commercial Roofing sales, In-depth knowledge of low-slope systems (TPO, EPDM, modified bitumen, etc.) Strong understanding of roofing repairs, diagnostics, and preventative maintenance Excellent organizational and communication skills Proficiency with job tracking software and Microsoft Office Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required Why Join Us?
