Senior Architect Full-Time | Immediate Opening Our client is currently seeking to fill an immediate position for a full-time Senior Architect with 10-15+ years of experience . We are looking for individuals with strong leadership skills to design and deliver exceptional projects for clients. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to creatively solve problems. The role involves working closely with other designers and team members to positively impact projects firm-wide and upholding the firm's values through client service, consultant collaboration, innovation, and open communication. Responsibilities Contribute as a designer on projects by developing conceptual designs, presentations, and construction documents Guide and direct multiple project teams through the design and construction documentation process Lead design efforts and client presentations to support and build client relationships Oversee and develop creative design concepts for various projects Supervise the development of graphic presentations, 3D renderings, and construction documentation to convey design intent Deliver comprehensive project design presentations to client user groups or stakeholders Coordinate with consultants, contractors, fabricators, and regulatory agencies to meet project objectives Manage project details with consulting design or engineering firms Collaborate with teams to manage client expectations, team communication, and consultant coordination Facilitate internal firm and team meetings to address project and technical issues Effectively manage conflicts and encourage a collaborative team environment Ensure projects are delivered within budget and maintain accountability to the project plan Qualifications Accredited professional degree in Architecture Architectural licensure required Typically 10-15+ years of professional experience Proficiency in Revit; experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud preferred Familiarity with MS Office, AutoCAD, Photoshop, and other graphic software is a plus Strong knowledge of architectural building systems, codes, and regulations Excellent verbal and written communication skills Additional Information Our client is a progressive design firm with expertise in a variety of building types, including Educational, Government, Religious, Commercial, and Industrial facilities.
