Full Job Description We are seeking an Foreman/Crew Lead to become an integral part of our team. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing our construction/fabrication projects - from reading plans/layouts, fabricating or installing and guaranteeing quality/efficiency among the crew from start to finish. Great opportunity to grow into sales/project management position. Duties: Fabrication and installation of railing, fences, screen enclosures and canopies (commercial and residential projects). Skills/Responsibilities: Construction background with the ability operate necessary tools and equipment Monitors and controls project on-site to ensure completion is on schedule. Constructs project per work order instructions and contacts Project Manager should questions arise. Leads team by taking initiative, delegating tasks to increase productivity, teaching job knowledge and skills to others. Communicates and enforces safety procedures, job-site rules and professionalism. May requisition supplies, materials, and equipment to complete the project. Analyzes and comprehends scope of work, blueprints, specifications, and other construction documentation.
