Over:

Performs a variety of routine and complex tasks including setup, troubleshooting, repair, predictive and preventive maintenance schedules, and improvement of all production equipment and machines.

Major Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair on the following machines/equipment: Mechanical, Hydraulic, and Electrical systems for CNC Mills, CNC Lathes, Manual Mills, Manual Lathes, Mold Injection machines, Steam Boilers, Autoclaves, Spray Systems, Sandblasters, and various Forklifts.

Performs preventive maintenance on equipment.

Dismantles defective machines/equipment to detect malfunction.

Keeps accurate records of documents in company databases.

Understands the use of power tools and pipe threading machines.

Reads basic drawings, electrical and hydraulic schematics.

Properly uses and cares for equipment.

Experience/Education

High school diploma or equivalent.

2-5 years of experience with electro-mechanical repairs on industrial equipment/machines.

Knowledge of concepts, practices, and procedures in Manufacturing.

Skills:

Strong organizational skills.

Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Basic shop math skills.
