Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Estimator specializing in Commercial Roofing to join our team. This role involves preparing accurate cost estimates, developing competitive bid proposals, and working collaboratively with sales and project management teams to secure contracts in the commercial, industrial, and government sectors. Your expertise will be crucial to ensuring project profitability and success. Key Responsibilities: Analyze project specifications, drawings, and related bid documents to estimate material, labor, and equipment costs. Collaborate with internal teams to develop accurate and competitive bid proposals. Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost breakdowns for various roofing systems. Attend pre-bid meetings and conduct site visits to collect project data. Evaluate project risks and develop cost-contingency plans. Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors for quotes.
