Description:
This is a full-time temporary position from (October, 1 2025 - June, 30 2026)
(Vetcon Rentals LTD) has (49 Construction Laborers ) in 2655 E Bloomfield Hwy Farmington, New Mexico 87401
All applicants must be willing, able, and qualified to perform work described in duties. Applicants must also be eligible for employment in the United States and available at the time and place needed.
All qualified applicants who register at the nearest Workforce Office and complete an application for this position will automatically be referred to employer. Employer is required to contact each qualified referral.
Duties:
Perform tasks involving physical labor at construction sites. May operate hand and power tools of all types: air hammers, earth tampers, cement mixers, small mechanical hoists, surveying and measuring equipment, and a variety of other equipment and instruments. May clean and prepare sites, dig trenches, set braces to support the sides of excavations, erect scaffolding, and clean up rubble, debris, and other waste materials. May assist other craft workers.
Requirements:
Months of Experience: 3 months experience required.
Hours & Wages
(40) per week, Days Enter time; from 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. , 5 days per week. Wage is ($18.30 per hour) depending on experience. Overtime wage is (enter OT wage $27.45) depending on experience (1 times regular rate).
Employer will make all deductions from worker's paycheck required by law. Wages computed using single workweek standard, paid weekly.
Additional Benefits/Terms & Conditions:
If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, employer will reimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. The employer will reimburse the H-2B worker in the first work week for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government, incurred by the H-2B worker. The employer will provide the worker, without charge or deposit charge, with all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the duties assigned, in accordance with 20CFR 655.20(k). If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, employer will either arrange and pay directly for transportation and subsistence, reimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence, or provide advance payment for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay for worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of $16.28 per day during travel to a maximum of $68.00 per day with receipts. The employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least of the workdays in each 6 or 12-week period of employment period.

Employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job.
