Conduct regular site visits to ensure work on all assignments given to construction staff meets company standards set by the Compliance & General Manager.

Schedule and Complete approved construction projects with the profit margin provided.

Scheduling of projects with updates and rescheduling with Customers and Construction Staff. Provide Compliance Manager with updated projects scheduled on a daily basis.

Provide customers with Quotes for work to be completed and/or part sale.

Maintain company-owned construction equipment, tools, and vehicles.

Review bids, plans and newspapers for bids and quotes (RFQ.)

Request and provide regular training to its construction staff.

Review staff timesheets before (Monday) payroll week for bookkeeping to enter for payment.

Ordering of parts needed for projects and inventory.

Ensure that all inventory is updated & kept stocked.

Review & Approve CC receipts, Employee Leave, Invoice.

Submit quotes to clients and CC Marketing to upload in CRM.

Confirming receipt of email with customers.

Assist other dept with work outside of their staff abilities or knowledge. Re: Const. Work.

Recommended & approved disciplinary actions for its department staff, when necessary.

Required to obtain a Driver's License with Travel Star.
