DELVE DEEPER INTO THIS JOB

Our standard schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, offering you consistent hours and weekends off. Your day begins with meeting your crew, loading up for the job, and heading out to residential or commercial sites. You assist with HVAC system install tasks, replace parts on units, and help troubleshoot issues during maintenance calls. You're expected to follow safety standards, support your teammates, and provide great customer service as you learn the ins and outs of HVAC systems. Every day builds your confidence and skill set, preparing you for a long-term role in the industry.

Strong mechanical knowledge

Mechanically inclined

Motivated

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics

Knowledge of HVAC/R systems and equipment repair is a plus

Proficiency in plumbing and welding techniques is a plus
