We are looking for a skilled welder to join our team! Location: Blaine, MN Wage: $26+/hour, depending on experience Hours: Monday Thursday, 6 am - 4:30 pm Benefits of the welder: Medical insurance through Medica with in-home and on-site care options Employer-paid dental, disability, and $50K life insurance 401(k) retirement plan Generous paid time off Duties of the welder: Perform all assigned welding operations in a safe and responsible manner Safely perform complex GMAW and GTAW welding on various types of metal Adjust heat settings based on type and gauge of material Position metal parts on fixtures and secure with jigs and clamps as needed Read blueprints and work orders to complete jobs accurately Ensure quality control of all parts produced Contribute to team efforts by performing other related duties as assigned Requirements of the welder: 2+ years of experience in metal welding preferred Meet ITAR requirements Pass a national background check and pass drug test Familiarity with GMAW and GTAW welding processes Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and use computer software Knowledge of trade tools, equipment, materials, calipers, and safe welding techniques Ability to lift up to 50 lbs throughout the workday Strong math skills Additional Information: Apply today!
