About the Role

We are seeking an experienced **Project Manager** to oversee key construction projects in the $5M-$20M range. The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator, a natural leader, and a proven problem-solver who aligns with our core values. You will play a central role in project success from budgeting and scheduling to quality control, safety, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Project Execution and Performance

- Manage day-to-day project operations from preconstruction through close-out.

- Maintain and track project budget, subcontracts, purchase orders, and change orders.

- Review and submit monthly billings; project monthly financial updates and forecasts.

- Proactively manage project schedules to ensure on-time delivery.

- Conduct site visits to oversee quality, enforce punch-as-you-go, and ensure safety protocols are followed.

Client and Team Collaboration

- Build strong relationships with clients, OPMs, architects, and subcontractors.

- Lead weekly Owner-Architect-Contractor (OAC) meetings and provide consistent client communication.

- Foster client satisfaction and long-term loyalty (goal: 85%+ retention).

- Mentor and develop project team members; support conflict resolution and career growth.

- Model our company values in all aspects of leadership.

Cross-Departmental Coordination

- Collaborate with Estimating on constructability reviews, logistics, and means/methods during bidding and preconstruction.

- Support Marketing and Business Development with RFP/RFQ responses and presentations.

- Represent our company at industry events and interviews with potential clients.

Qualifications

- Minimum 5 years of experience managing $5M-$20M commercial or institutional construction projects.

- Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred).

- OSHA 10 and CPR/First Aid certifications.

- Valid drivers license and clean driving history.

- Proficiency in Procore, CMiC, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam; familiarity with Revit a plus.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
