Systems/Infrastrucure Engineer

• Lead and execute IT infrastructure projects, including server, network, and cloud (Azure/AWS) implementations.

• Conduct on-site assessments of client environments and present actionable improvement plans.

• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to scope, design, and deliver tailored technical solutions.

• Draft and execute Statements of Work (SoWs) for complex IT projects.

• Install and configure systems including cybersecurity tools, monitoring platforms, and productivity solutions.

• Manage user and system onboarding/offboarding across workstations, servers, and cloud environments.

• Oversee full project lifecycle: planning, coordination, execution, and status reporting.

• Provide mentorship to junior engineers and ensure consistent technical documentation.

• Support pre-sales efforts by working with account teams to define solutions that meet client needs.

• Maintain certifications as needed and accurately log time and activities in internal systems.
