Position summary: Roy Jorgensen Associates, Inc. is currently seeking full-time Highway Maintenance Technicians to perform maintenance operations in the Nashville, TN area on the TDOT interstates within Region 3. This position requires performing a variety of tasks related to highway maintenance, specifically in cable barrier & guardrail repair as well as adherence to all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, as well as Jorgensen Company policies and procedures. Technicians will report to project yard located in Nashville, TN .
Salary: Depends on experience, licenses, and certifications
Schedule: Full time. Must be flexible and available to work on-call when required which can include weekend and night work.

Required Experience:
- 1-5 years of related experience in cable barrier and guardrail installation and repair
- Longitudinal Cable Barrier (LCB) repair and installation
- Guardrail repair & installation
- Pounder truck operation experience
- Roadway or tollway maintenance experience
