Cable Technician

We're hiring Cable Technicians to support the buildout of structured cabling infrastructure in a large-scale data center environment. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn the trade from experienced professionals and grow into a long-term career in telecommunications. If you're mechanically inclined, reliable, and eager to work in a fast-paced construction setting, this is a great chance to get started. What You'll Do Assist with installing cable trays, pulling cable and fiber, and building server racks Learn to punch down and terminate fiber and copper cabling Route cable through walls and ceilings using fish tape and other tools Organize, dress, and label cables according to pre-termination procedures Support proper cable suspension using J-hooks, D-rings, bridal rings, and trapeze systems Install grounding for racks, equipment, and cabling Perform fire-stopping procedures and pull cable through sleeves and core penetrations Terminate low-voltage devices and follow blueprints for installation Complete all required documentation accurately and on time Adhere to safety standards and participate in team-driven quality practices What You Bring Experience with hand tools and basic construction tasks Ability to follow blueprints and technical drawings Comfortable working at heights and in active construction zones Strong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to work flexible hours High school diploma or equivalent Nice to Have Previous experience in telecom, construction, or low-voltage cabling Familiarity with fiber termination, cable color codes, and server rack assembly Why Apply?
