TIG Welder

Madden Industrial Craftsmen, a premier staffing agency, is looking to fill TIG Welder with a Manufacturing company located in Phoenix, AZ. The client specializes in custom heat exchanger coils, fluid coolers, and remote air-cooled condensers for OEM and replacement markets.

*Pay Rate: $22-$24 per hour
*Schedule: Monday-Friday 1st Shift 5:30AM-2:00PM or 2nd Shift 1:30PM-10:00PM
*This is a Temp-to-Hire Opportunity

Responsibilities:
Perform brazing operations to join metal components.
Interpret and follow blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions.
Assemble components with specialized metals, ensuring high quality and precision.
Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Conduct quality checks to ensure brazing meets industry standards.

Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a TIG Welder in a manufacturing or metalworking environment stainless steel, aluminum, steel.
Must pass a welding test.
Proficient in welding techniques and processes.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent problem-solving skills and proactive approach to challenges.
Strong communication skills and precise instruction-following ability.
Must pass a background check and drug screen.
Must be able to read a tape measure.
