Madden Industrial Craftsmen is seeking a skilled Commercial Roofing Operations Manager for a reputable commercial roofing contractor in Phoenix. This leadership role is ideal for someone who can manage field operations, oversee project teams, and ensure quality and safety across job sites.

*Full-Time | Direct Hire | Through Madden Industrial Craftsmen
*Rate of Pay:$110K$130K + 15% Bonus

What Youll Do:
Lead Superintendents, Project Managers, and Admin staff
Oversee scheduling, safety practices, and daily operations
Ensure quality standards and resolve jobsite challenges
Provide training and promote a high-performance team culture

What Youll Need:
5+ years of experience in commercial roofing or construction
Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
Bilingual and residential roofing experience preferred
