This position requires the following requirements for employment at Stallergenes Greer and includes but is not limited to:

  • Coordinate construction execution schedules with internal and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, and within scope.
  • Developing project schedules while involving all relevant stakeholders.
  • Coordinate monthly progress updates for the TechOps and Quality units.
  • Assist Program Director in maintaining project budget files and financial dashboards.
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Manage the relationship with the General Contractor, PM and all stakeholders
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors

Education Requirements

This position requires the following minimum education:

  • Bachelors degree in an Engineering related field

Work Experience Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in a highly regulated environment: pharmaceutical, biotechnology or related industry
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in project management (preferred)
  • Knowledge of FDA and European compliance regulations
  • Knowledge of GAMP guidelines applicable to project management for the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Knowledge of engineering and validation life cycles
  • Experience with various technologies and automated systems used in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Demonstrated experience with working alongside general and trade contractors
