This position requires the following requirements for employment at Stallergenes Greer and includes but is not limited to:
- Coordinate construction execution schedules with internal and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, and within scope.
- Developing project schedules while involving all relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate monthly progress updates for the TechOps and Quality units.
- Assist Program Director in maintaining project budget files and financial dashboards.
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Manage the relationship with the General Contractor, PM and all stakeholders
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
Education Requirements
This position requires the following minimum education:
- Bachelors degree in an Engineering related field
Work Experience Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in a highly regulated environment: pharmaceutical, biotechnology or related industry
- 2 to 3 years of experience in project management (preferred)
- Knowledge of FDA and European compliance regulations
- Knowledge of GAMP guidelines applicable to project management for the pharmaceutical industry.
- Knowledge of engineering and validation life cycles
- Experience with various technologies and automated systems used in the pharmaceutical industry
- Demonstrated experience with working alongside general and trade contractors
