We are searching for a Mechanical Engineer to join our Indianapolis studio!

  • Work with Senior Engineer to deliver projects
  • Assist with client engagement and management
  • Attend client, consultant, and design committee meetings
  • Communicate and improve some design processes with other team members
  • Manage project specific scope, budget and schedule
  • Lead in planning, design and documentation of projects; prepare working drawings
  • Participates in all design and construction phases of projects
  • May present portions of design to client, participate in consulting partner or design committee meetings and discuss need for modification for change
  • Participate in project debriefs and lesson’s learned sessions
  • Provide training and leadership through project work to empower, train and develop designers

Education and Experience:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or Professional degree in Mechanical or Architectural Engineering
  • Experience: 5+ years of applicable experience. Experience with HVAC design in healing, learning and/or discovery market sectors preferred.
  • Licenses/Certifications: Professional Engineer (PE) Licensure preferred.
  • Software Skills: Revit experience required; experience with energy modeling software and selection programs preferred.
  • Office Tools: Familiarity with Microsoft Windows environment and Microsoft Office Suite.
