Estimator

We are seeking a skilled Construction Estimator to join a dynamic concrete company. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in estimating for concrete and masonry projects using specialized software.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate bids and estimates for various concrete and masonry projects.
• Utilize estimating software to ensure precision in calculations.
• Collaborate with project teams to understand requirements and deliver comprehensive estimates.
• Analyze project specifications and blueprints to develop detailed cost forecasts.

• Proven experience in construction estimation with a focus on concrete and masonry.
• Proficiency in using estimating software.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret project specifications and blueprints.

• Experience in preparing bids and estimates.

Work within a collaborative team environment with access to advanced estimating software and tools. The position requires attention to detail and precision in calculations. Dress code is professional attire suitable for office settings.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.
