- Manage and oversee all on-site construction activities in alignment with project documents, ensuring high-quality standards and timely delivery.
- Develop and enforce both short- and long-term project schedules.
- Coordinate subcontractor labor, site logistics, and material deliveries to maintain a clear and efficient workflow.
- Maintain seamless communication with internal teams, subcontractors, and external stakeholders.
- Manage RFIs, submittals, and meeting minutes, and lead regular project meetings.
- Review drawings, specifications, and contracts to ensure compliance.
- Drive the successful completion of punch lists and quality control processes.
- Enforce zero-tolerance safety standards, creating a secure and compliant job site environment.
- Anticipate and identify potential issues and provide solutions.
- Work closely with multiple departments, demonstrating resourcefulness and a team-first mindset.
- Ability to guide, direct, and coordinate the work of multiple activities at the same time.
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to plan projects and jobs, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
- Dynamic and client-oriented, while keeping the companys interests in mind.
- Excellent knowledge of construction means and methods with the ability to envision the finished product at inception.
- Good communication skills, both verbally and in writing, in English to interact with owners, subcontractors, and fellow employees, write and read reports, and make presentations.
- High school diploma or equivalent with journeyman level trade experience, or a technical certificate or engineering degree from an accredited college.
- 5+ years managing large-scale construction projects as a site superintendent.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
- Deep knowledge of construction methods and the ability to visualize the end product from the start.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $57.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
