Description:

The Construction Project Administrator is responsible for advanced project management support reporting to a Director or Program Manager. Employees in this position must support in a variety of advanced construction accounting, construction administration, contract preparation and special projects. Employee must be proficient with construction management software, such as e-Builder and Akita box. May assistance with punchlist review, receiving equipment, furniture and coordination of minor signage and art work installation. Act as liaison with project accounting and supply chain for process improvement and to resolve issues. Salary ranges from $19.73 to $23.87 depending on years of experience.

Degrees:
  • High School,Cert,GED,Trn,Exper.
Additional Qualifications:
  • Construction administrative experience and accounting knowledge.
  • Advanced computer knowledge, to include knowledge of MS Office Tools and construction software applications.
  • Work requires written and verbal communication skills.
  • General knowledge of company policies, practices and operations.
  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality and work independently.
