Business Development Manager

The Business Development Manager (BDM) will be responsible for growing existing relationships & penetrating new customers in the Broadband Infrastructure marketplace. The ideal candidate will have deep connections in Central & Western US (Texas, Nevada, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Missouri, New Mexico).The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our business into new regions,particularly with Tier 1 telecom operators in the US and enterprise customers. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong industry relationships and outside plant network architectureknowledge for ISPs, carriers, suppliers, subcontractors, with the ability to travel for customermeetings and conferences.Other Job Responsibilities will include:Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategiesStrong negotiation skills with a history of bidding and closing high-value dealsIdentifying new business opportunities with existing customers across the UniTek core marketsWillingness and ability to travel frequently, up to 75% of the time, for customer meetings andindustry eventsProactively identifying and prospecting new logo opportunities across the BroadbandInfrastructure marketplace.Develop & implement Account Development & Contact Plans with key strategic customers.Update CRM, including notes, activities, pipeline, and forecasts, weekly.Negotiate new contractsDrive aggressive growth and profitability in a sustainable mannerAchieve 10 customer engagements per week.We are a company committed to creating inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
