HVAC Technician**

**Job Description**

As an HVAC Technician, you will play a crucial role in installing and maintaining HVAC systems, ensuring they operate efficiently and safely. Your expertise will help provide comfortable environments for our clients.

**Responsibilities**

+ Install HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, and thermostats.

+ Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and installation manuals.

+ Safely connect electrical wiring and test system functionality.

+ Perform start-up procedures and ensure systems operate at optimal efficiency.

+ Communicate with customers regarding installation procedures and maintenance recommendations.

+ Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.

+ Adhere to all safety protocols, company policies, and local HVAC codes.

**Essential Skills**

+ Proficiency in HVAC installation and repair.

+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

+ Experience with sheet metal work.

+ EPA certification.

+ TDLR certification.

**Job Type & Location**

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Flower Mound, Texas.

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
